Or they dont even yet have possession of such land
Go and solve such issues or problems first to avoid them blocking your number.
Or Poor delivery like leaking roofs or poor quality of house
Avoid asking for referrals when you have not delivered on old promises , deliver old jobs and promises first
Apologise when you have done a poor Job of delivery or poor customer service
