Nestlé appoints Arvind Bhandari as Cluster Head for East and Horn of Africa region

Nestlé has designated Arvind Bhandari as the new Cluster Head for East and Horn of Africa, which structures part of Nestlé East and Southern Africa Region (ESAR). In this job, Bhandari will oversee activities in Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Somalia, South Sudan, Burundi, Rwanda, and Uganda markets, based out of the Nestlé Kenya Office.

Bhandari joined Nestlé in 2004 as a Senior Brand Manager for Maggi Noodles at Nestlé India. He later moved to the culinary specialty unit at Nestlé South Africa, where he was instrumental in laying out the Maggi business on the lookout and driving forceful development in noodles. He has since gained ground inside the organization, possessing various jobs, including Director: Nestlé Dairy, and Vice President and Regional Business Head Nestlé Nutrition in the South Asia district.

In his new job, Bhandari drove the Nestlé Global Category across 40 nations around the world. He drove extraordinary development in Wyeth Nutrition at Nestlé situated in Switzerland through combination of business in China, pulling together on key business sectors and extension to new business sectors of Europe and Latin America.

He expected the job on 01 August 2022, succeeding the past Cluster Head, Ng’entu Njeru, who has since assumed the job of Regional Commercial Manager, Nestlé ESAR,
