I remember those days as a Realtor I was operation from a very low /poor standard.

Lets talk about this , when you want change your real estate career.

We have the level of POOR standards.

Poor Standards :

When you do a poor Job as a realtor you will get No RewardsπŸ˜³πŸ™†πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜.

Yes who never fucked up hands in the air πŸ™Œ.

I dressed poorly , i wore old shoes ,shirts , smelled bad, No wonder prospects blocked me.

I lacked valuable skills to save myself.

I couldnt sell or speak or communicate well to save my self.

I drank Garri for like 3 days and borrowed food stuffs from Mama Chinedu because Money no dey.

I trekked long distances because I couldnt afford cabs or uber or bus.

Momu garri oo , Momu garri oo, Garri Ijebu 😭😭

I was doing my Job poorly , I was lazy, I had no goals , no focus , i was distracted.

I had No DMOs , Daily Method of Operations, like going for site inspections, I missed Trainings back then.

I gave excuses that estate or training venue was too far for me from Mainland ,abule egba.

I faced Sales drought, No Sales, No Alerts.

I decided to Upgrade to a new level to change this type of life at the Poor Level of Standards.

If you do a poor job on your kids you get them in the Jail or Poor results in their school work.

You get your kids embarrass you like the dubai school scandal that made news few months ago.

I stepped up here to Good.

I was a good realtor, I made a few sales and few commissions here and there.

I got few upline commissions here and there. I was getting rice and groundnut oil and microwaves only as incentives because I was a good boy.

When you are good or average. You get Poor Rewards. πŸ™†πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ˜±πŸ˜¨ Jesus is Lord!!!

Are You a Good realtor you will end up with rice and groundnut oil for lacking focus and for being average. You get peanuts 😭😭😭😭.

You were a good girl you lack focus no wonder you have never qualified for a Car or House or all expenses paid trips all your 3 to 5 years as a realtor. πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ™†πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
