As a realtor, following up with potential clients is hands-down one of the most essential things you must learn how to do effectively as it is a determinant of how many sales you’ll get to close.

The three Fs are valuable sales secrets, every realtor must know and put to use.

When you use the three Fs, you will be amazed at the sales you’ll get to close. It’s not difficult or time-consuming, you just have to dedicate enough time to do it.

1️⃣ FOLLOW UP

❇️Never expect people to get in touch with you. It is your job to get a hold of them.

❇️Follow up with your active clients every single day.

❇️Reach out to clients who have stopped buying from you. You may never know when they need to buy a property again. Following back is your opportunity to get yourself back in the game with that client.
