Did you know that 70 to 80% of Realtors usually after 24 Months or 30 Months usually quit the Business and give up as a result of things like Sales Drought ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ and not earning Commissions ββπ°π° as a result of difficulty in closing Deals.
Some people never got started at all due to lack of commitment and unwillingness to do what it takes to make progress.

CONSISTENCY AND COMMITMENT
You are either 100% committed or Nothing , no such thing as 99% commitment.
Many of this Newbies find it difficult to even come for a First Seminar.π³
Then some find it difficult to come for Site Inspections for their Product knowledge they say the location is far or they don’t have transport fare for a free Bus Tour to The Estate locations π±.
Some fizzle out with time because, they cannot understand the CONCEPT of Showing Up Everyday and being COMMITTED To What they want to get started in.
Either Online or offline to talk about their business or post on social media platforms.
Some want to make money π° but find it hard to come to terms with making Calls to prospects or potential customers or sending DMs every day or even acquisition of valuable high income skills and Invest in their personal development.
How can you succeed in real estate without Showing Up to meet New Prospects consistently.
Did you think it is gambling business or Magic, that you just come here and Money π° and Customers will just start chasing you without you paying the price of Success ?πππ
DO NOT BECOME A REALTOR IF YOU ARE LAZY
If you are LAZY π‘ Do not Join Real Estate Business, it is not for People who think making money here is easy peasy, you are mistaken if you thought you can make money here without Hard work, Extraordinary Work Ethic or Valuable Skillset.
Infact the reason why many Realtors or some Realtors are not making Money is because of LAZINESS π‘π‘π‘.
( NO BE JUJU BE THAT π€π±)
No be your village people dey do you Oga or Madam.
It is your Self Sabotage and Inner habits that is working against yourself to self destruct on your goals from happening.
DO NOT BECOME A REALTOR IF YOU ARE IMPATIENT
Real Estate Business is not what you earn immediately or Every Week or Every Month.
As a Newbie it may take you weeks or Several Months before you make your first money or close your first deal.
This doesn’t mean you won’t start making money regularly if you have eventually paid your dues and mastered the necessary Skillset to be able to Succeed as a Realtor.
DO NOT BECOME A REALTOR IF YOU ARE A DIYer ( DO IT YOURSELF PERSONALlTY)
If you come in with the mindset.
I have a background in Law , Sales and Marketing, Digital marketing or I was a Network Marketer in XYZ Company or I am a Youtube Expert etc.
You are in a for a painful surprise if you are not willing to humble yourself and learn from Coaching, Mentors and People Ahead of you.
Be a Team Player and learn how to work with others.
Attend training and go for site inspections or product knowledge and open houses visits.
Real Estate is not Medicine and Surgery or That Field you are coming from, you may not make any Dime in real estate if you are a Do it yourself person, Stagnation is Guaranteed.
DO NOT BE A REALTOR IF YOU GIVE TOO EASILY
In the Real Estate Business you will face so many Nos, I will get back to you that won’t lead to A Sale or Success.
You will face many embarrassments , you will face tough and challenging times in your life and career.
Don’t let it shock when you see someone that smilesπ with you in real life block you online π₯² it comes with the territory.
You must be able to have Emotional toughness, Emotional Stability and Intelligence.
Mental Toughness to say I will not be denied , I will keep showing up Everyday till I Achieve Success and Get the Desired Results.
DO NOT BECOME A REALTOR IF YOU LACK INITIATIVE
If you need someone to always kick your butt for you and you cannot take Personal initiative.
You are always waiting for someone to ask you for Accountability on your goals before you take action.
You need a Boss or you need to be an employee if you always waiting for someone to kick your butt and you cannot do that on your own.
Real Estate Business maybe not your path.
In Real Estate You are a BUSINESS OWNER , ENTREPRENEUR.
Everyone is a Business owner in real estate. Your Path to Success or Failure is up to you entirely.
If you are willing to do what most people are not ready to do and pay the price, there is massive opportunities for you in the real estate business.
